By accessing or using TechFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

TechFlow is a job discovery and recruiter outreach platform that aggregates remote tech job listings from public sources, matches them to your profile, and provides tools to manage your application pipeline. TechFlow includes features for AI-generated cover letters, Gmail-based direct outreach, and application tracking.

3. User Accounts and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TechFlow only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse the platform to send spam, harass recruiters, or engage in deceptive hiring practices.

5. Email Outreach and Compliance

TechFlow provides tools that allow you to send direct emails to recruiters using your connected Gmail account. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your outreach activities comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, LGPD, and any other anti-spam or data protection regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• TechFlow provides the tools and infrastructure for outreach, but you initiate and authorize every message sent from your account. TechFlow does not send emails on your behalf without your explicit action or configuration.
• You agree to include accurate sender identification, subject lines, and an opt-out mechanism where required by law.
• TechFlow is not responsible for any legal claims, penalties, or damages arising from your use of the outreach features.

6. Intellectual Property

TechFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TechFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Job listings are sourced from publicly available data and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of TechFlow require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe and AbacatePay (PIX). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or loss of revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. TechFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use TechFlow ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

TechFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of TechFlow after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
